RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, email us at noizyboyzclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original purchase. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, simply place a new order after your refund is issued.

Our return policy allows requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process return requests made after this time frame.

NOIZYBOYZ is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, missing, or tampered with after they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information is provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking details and contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues.
